Return & Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns will be created only after confirmation on both email and WhatsApp.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method with in 7 days

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

• The item is defective
• The item is damaged
• You received the wrong item

Share the image immediately on WhatsApp and email so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

Exchange request should be raised in 2 days
Exchanged product will be delivered with in 7 days

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
If approved, we will initiate the refund within 10 business days of receiving the product at our warehouse.

• It can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If you are not satisfied with our product, feel free to request an exchange, refund, or return.
We guarantee to refund unworn/unwashed items returned in their original condition with original tags and packaging.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
